1. Cancellation of Donations (Feeding, Adoption, Sponsorship)

1.1 Non-Cancellable Kindness

Every donation is activated in real time — our team begins executing your intention right away. Thus, donations once made cannot be canceled, just as a shared meal cannot be taken back.

1.2 Recurring Sponsorships

For monthly or recurring sponsorships, you may cancel future cycles by emailing us at least 5 days before your next billing date. We respect your decision, and your past support will always be honored.


2. Cancellation of Commercial Orders (Pet Zone)

2.1 Instant Fulfillment, No Cancellation

Whether it’s food, grooming, or accessories — once a Pet Zone order is confirmed, it’s processed instantly to avoid delay. Hence, cancellations are not permitted post-confirmation.

2.2 Auto-Cancellation by System

In rare cases (e.g., item out of stock or technical glitch), we may cancel your order internally and initiate a full refund within 5–7 business days.

2.3 Service Booking Cancellations

Prepaid service appointments (vet, grooming) can be rescheduled if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded — as we respect our team’s time too.
