Welcome to Anibirds! Our delivery policy outlines the procedures and terms for our on-demand feeding services for animals and birds. We aim to ensure that our customers and feeding point vendors understand how orders are processed, delivered, and fulfilled.
1. Order Placement and Processing
Online Orders: Customers can place orders through the Anibirds Platform (website or mobile app) by selecting their preferred feeding points and specifying the type of feed required for the animals and birds.
Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS, detailing the feeding point, type of feed, and scheduled feeding time.
2. Feeding Point Deliveries
2.1 Roadside Animals and Birds:
Immediate Feeding: Our vendors will feed the animals and birds according to the customer's order as soon as it is placed. The feeding will occur at the designated roadside feeding points.
Scheduled Timings: Feeding at these points is conducted on a scheduled basis—morning, afternoon, and evening. Customers can choose the preferred time slot while placing their orders.
Daily or Recurring Orders: Customers have the option to set up daily or recurring orders to ensure consistent feeding without the need to place a new order each day.
Real-Time Updates: Customers will receive real-time updates and notifications once the feeding is completed.
2.2 Sheletred Feeding Points (Gaushalas, Dog Houses, etc.):
Scheduled Timings: Feeding at these points is conducted on a scheduled basis—morning, afternoon, and evening. Customers can choose the preferred time slot while placing their orders.
Daily or Recurring Orders: Customers have the option to set up daily or recurring orders to ensure consistent feeding without the need to place a new order each day.
Real-Time Updates: Customers will receive real-time updates and notifications once the feeding is completed.
3. Delivery Fees and Charges
Delivery Fees: There are no additional delivery fees for feeding point orders. The cost of the feed includes the service charges for feeding.
Convenience Fees: In case of special requests or non-standard delivery times, a nominal convenience fee may be applied, which will be communicated to the customer before confirming the order.
4. Feeding Confirmation and Reporting
Proof of Feeding: Our vendors will provide proof of feeding by taking a photo or video at the feeding point, which will be shared with the customer via the Anibirds Platform.
Feeding Reports: Customers can access detailed reports of their feeding orders, including the date, time, and location of each feeding session, through their Anibirds account.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
Timely Feeding: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the feeding is conducted promptly according to the customer's order and the scheduled times.
Feed Quality: Vendors must ensure that the feed provided to the animals and birds is of high quality and meets the nutritional requirements specified by Anibirds.
Hygiene and Safety: Vendors must follow hygiene and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of the animals and birds during feeding.
