At Anibirds, powered by the Social Fighter Foundation, every donation and every purchase becomes a ripple of compassion — feeding a hungry beak, healing a broken paw, or sheltering a trembling feathered soul. This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding charitable donations and commercial transactions made through our platform.


2. Refunds for Donations (Feeding, Adoption, Sponsorship, Shelters)

2.1 Irrevocable Acts of Kindness

Every donation is an immediate act of rescue. The moment you donate, your support sets something in motion — a packet of food gets dispatched, a bird cage gets repaired, a shelter lights up with hope.

That’s why, donations cannot be refunded. They are already on their way to bring life, comfort, and love.

2.2 Technical Errors or Duplicate Transactions

In rare cases of mistaken or duplicated donations, please contact us at support@anibirds.org within 24 hours. If the funds have not yet been allocated, we will do our best to assist with a fair and transparent resolution.


3. Refunds for Commercial Orders (Pet Zone Products & Services)

3.1 Non-Refundable After Purchase

Whether it’s pet food, grooming, or any product/service from Pet Zone, once your order is placed, it enters fulfillment instantly. Therefore, we do not entertain refunds after order confirmation, except in rare circumstances like:

  • Damaged product delivered

  • Service failure on our end

We value your trust and will ensure any valid issue is resolved promptly.

3.2 Your Purchases, Their Survival

What you buy for your pet becomes hope for a stray. A portion of every Pet Zone sale goes back to feeding, treating, or sheltering animals and birds in need.
